Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Junior or Senior undergraduates for an on-site Branch Operations Internship. You will learn day-to-day branch functions and the broader organization, including loan processes, regulatory training, and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate (Junior or Senior) majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to commit to 18–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the broader Republic Finance organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including file prep and audits.
• Meet with Manager and Regional Vice President to understand career paths and promotional potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Support process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Gain overview of corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
