Republic Finance, LLC is seeking current college juniors and seniors for an on-site Branch Ops Internship focused on finance and business learning. You will engage with team members, gain real-world experience in branch operations, and participate in leadership training and process-improvement projects.

Interns earn $15.00 per hour and may be offered full-time employment after graduation. The program exposes you to regulatory training, loan processing, and potential career paths within the

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to meet background, credit checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing per state background check.

Responsabilités

• Become licensed and go through an accelerated version of the Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn the loan process and all necessary regulatory training.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including allocating files for doc prep; auditing closed files; prep files ready to fund.
• Spend time with your Manager and Regional Vice President learning about responsibilities at their levels to understand the promotional path to see what your career potential is with Republic Finance.
• Attend regional meetings and/or workshops to gain exposure to the larger Branch Operations division of the company.
• Learn about one or more Branch Operations process improvement related projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are often strongly desired and an overview of benefits during the program.
