Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an Branch Operations Intern program for current juniors and seniors pursuing a Finance or Business degree. You will learn the daily branch operations, assist in loan processing, closures, funding, and participate in process improvement projects, all onsite.

You will gain hands-on experience with the Republic Way, receive training on compliance and sales, and have exposure to leadership and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eligibility for insurance licensing where required.

Responsibilities

Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
Support managers and regional leaders to understand promotional paths.
Attend regional meetings and workshops when available.
Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
