Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Branch Ops Interns for an onsite program designed for current juniors or seniors in college with a finance or business focus. The role provides hands-on exposure to loan processing, operations, compliance, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Interns earn $15.00 per hour and will gain experience across branch functions, including operations, audits, and training, while building a foundation for a career path within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing and pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations: loan process, compliance training, and customer service.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings to understand broader Branch Operations responsibilities.
• Participate in process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
