Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Branch Operations Interns for an on-site internship program designed for college juniors and seniors pursuing Finance or Business. You will learn the daily functions of a branch and gain real-world experience by working alongside team members and leaders to understand credit, loan processes, and leadership training.

You will participate in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities, with exposure to regulatory training and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must pass background, credit checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing after background check.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily functions and operations of a branch.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about responsibilities at Manager/Regional VP levels to understand promotion paths.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
