Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Ops Intern to learn the daily functions of a branch and the broader organization, including sales, customer service, compliance, loan closing, and leadership training. This 100% onsite internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to multiple departments and career paths.

The role includes hands-on loan process exposure, regulatory training, and potential full-time employment after graduation, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing prerequisites (background check based).

Responsibilities

• Learn loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Meet with Manager and Regional VP to explore career paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Support branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valued.
