Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an on-site Branch Operations Intern to learn the day-to-day branch functions and the broader organization. You will gain real-world experience in loan processing, closings and funding support, while interacting with team members and leaders to explore career paths within Republic Finance.

You will participate in accelerated training for the Assistant Branch Manager Program, and receive exposure to regional meetings and corporate process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background, credit history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations of a branch and broader organization.
• Participate in loan origination, processing, closings and funding support tasks.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued.
