Job summary

Accenture is seeking an in-office IT/AV support specialist to cover high-profile meetings and events at our New York hub. You will ensure seamless collaboration using Teams Rooms, display walls, and conferencing devices, while providing white-glove service to attendees and executives.

You will troubleshoot audio/visual systems, assist with XR devices, and coordinate with global teams to pilot immersive tech. A fast-paced environment and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting IT or AV environments.
• 1 year of experience with ITIL software such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams/Meet/Zoom/Webex).
• Agile mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Hands-on with Windows 10/11 and OSX.
• Hands-on with Android and iOS support.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove IT/AV support for meetings and events in the office.
• Configure and maintain AV tech such as sound mixers and wireless mics.
• Test and troubleshoot video conferencing devices and displays.
• Support devices like Teams Rooms, Cyviz Display Walls, Cisco VC rooms, etc.
• Manage XR devices (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
• Lead technical aspects during high-profile client meetings and events.
• Collaborate with global teams to pilot emerging technologies and create docs.
