Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking an experienced IT/AV support professional for on-site duties in NYC, NY. The role focuses on conference room AV design, installation, troubleshooting, and live event production.

You will work with Logitech Rally, Neat Bar Pro, Q-SYS, Epiphan Pearl 2, and Blackmagic gear to ensure high-quality audio-visual experiences for internal meetings and events. Responsibilities include AV sweeps, on-site and remote support, setup and calibration of room systems, and end-to-end

Qualifications

5+ years of IT/AV support in conference room and meeting-space AV.

Responsibilities

Perform daily AV sweeps of conference rooms and resolve issues before meetings.
Support conference room AV systems on-site and remotely (Google Meet, displays, audio/video).
Troubleshoot Google Meet hardware/software, room kits, cameras, and in-room controllers.
Maintain Logitech Rally devices across rooms.
Configure, calibrate, and maintain conference room audio (DSPs, mixers, mics, speakers).
Design, install, and configure new conference rooms, including cabling and provisioning hardware.
Operate and run live AV production for All-Hands and town halls, including Q-SYS, Epiphan Pearl 2, and Blackmagic gear.
