You will manage audio-visual systems, video conferencing devices, and collaboration platforms, ensuring flawless event technology and user experiences for executives and clients.

Qualifications include 1 year in IT or AV support, familiarity with ITIL tools, and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting IT or AV-related environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL software such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Meet, Zoom, Webex).
• Hands-on Windows 10/11, macOS support.

Responsabilités

• Provide white glove IT/AV support for meetings and events in the office.
• Maintain audio-visual tech including sound mixers and wireless mics.
• Test, operate, and troubleshoot video conferencing devices and display walls.
• Support devices like Teams Rooms, Cyviz walls, Cisco VC rooms, etc.
• Assist with XR devices such as Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest.
