Job summary

Accenture is seeking an in-office AV/IT support specialist for the Manhattan site to ensure flawless technology for meetings and events. You will handle audio visual systems, video conferencing, and immersive collaboration devices, delivering hands-on support for senior leadership and guests.

The role requires 1 year of IT/AV experience, familiarity with collaboration platforms, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position with potential travel for off-site events.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience supporting IT or AV industries.
• 1 year experience with ITIL software (ServiceNow or Jira).
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex).
• Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly to priorities.
• Hands-on support for Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Hands-on Android and iOS support.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove IT/AV support for meetings and events in office.
• Manage and maintain Audio Visual tech (sound mixer, wireless mics).
• Test, operate, and troubleshoot video conferencing devices and display walls.
• Support devices such as Teams Rooms, Cyviz walls, Cisco VC rooms.
• Manage XR devices (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
• Lead technical aspects during high-profile client meetings and leadership events.
• Collaborate with global teams to pilot emerging immersive tech.
• Create and update technical documentation.
