Job summary

A-V Services Inc. seeks an Audio/Visual/Multimedia Technician to provide on-site support for corporate events and meetings in the New York area. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service with extensive AV skills and IT awareness.

An Associates degree in a technology-related field or 3+ years of AV experience is preferred; CTS certification is a plus. You will operate and troubleshoot AV systems and collaborate with the on-site team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technology-related field or 3+ years AV support experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot AV equipment and systems.
• Experience with videoconferencing and audio-conferencing technologies.
• Reading and following AV system flow diagrams and documentation.
• CTS certification is a plus; proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV support for corporate events and meetings.
• Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment including switching/routing components.
• Support videoconferencing and telepresence setups.
• Collaborate with on-site AV team and clients to ensure seamless events.
