Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
• Set up and test conference rooms before meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, display, and connectivity.
• Support Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other platforms.
• Document service activity and troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalations.
