Technology Specialist – Audio Visual Support

Onsite- Manhattan, New York

Contract

A global law firm is seeking a Temporary AV Support Specialist to join its technology team in New York. This is a client-facing role within a fast-paced legal environment, supporting meetings, events, and high-profile stakeholders.

The role:

• Set up and support in-office and virtual meetings, hearings, and events.
• Provide technical support for collaboration tools (Webex, Teams, Zoom, Jabber, etc.).
• Configure and maintain AV systems, including control systems, DSPs, codecs, and touch panels.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Partner with lawyers, staff, and business services teams to deliver seamless AV support.

What you’ll bring:

• AV/IT support experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment and video conferencing platforms.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, and general IT support is a plus.

Location: New York, office-based.

Contract: Temporary assignment.
