Ideal candidates have 4+ years of enterprise AV experience, strong Webex/Zoom/Teams knowledge, and a production mindset to ensure flawless event execution under pressure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Audio/Visual experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong customer service with a calm, composed demeanor.
• Advanced experience with Webex (4+ years); solid knowledge of Zoom and Teams.
• Demonstrated live production support experience (A1/V1-level preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and quickly resolve high-impact issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch AV and video conferencing support for executive meetings and large events.
• Support internal meetings, mergers, workshops, and other events with professionalism.
• Maintain poise under pressure during challenging situations.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams as needed.
