Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under supervision. You will contribute to rent collection, budgeting, and staff supervision while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Onsite leadership will guide leasing and resident relations. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and finances under Community Manager supervision.
• Monitor rent collections, evictions, and aging receivables.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk in supervision of staff.
