Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at the housing community. You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting budget and resident relations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years in housing. This role emphasizes leadership, marketing, and resident retention in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• One to two years related experience and/or training may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under Community Manager.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance and safety.
• Support budgeting and revenue/expense tracking to meet NOI targets.
• Manage leasing process and ensure timely occupancy and renewals.
• Handle resident concerns and promote retention programs.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed to drive occupancy and revenue.
