Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Ability to administer Firm policies and procedures for hardware ordering and configurations.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Provides a consistent and high level of customer service.
• Assembles, installs, configures, tests, images, troubleshoots and repairs hardware and peripherals.
• Responds to local and central telephone helpline, support tickets and e-mails.
• Logs all calls and resolves or escalates as appropriate.
• Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications.
• Supports laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Assists with Firm's AV set up requirements and hardware setups in offices/conference rooms.
• Maintains security and Firm policies for technology use.
• Regularly works on-site to address issues and support staff.
• Establishes relationships with clients, attorneys and professionals.
