ADT Security Services is seeking a motivated sales advisor to expand our small business footprint and demonstrate the value of our security and automation solutions. You’ll tailor recommendations to each customer’s layout and operations and travel within your territory.

In this role you’ll build trusted relationships with business owners, drive growth through new leads and referrals, and work in a dynamic, commission-driven environment with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: by showing up with integrity, empathy, and expertise, you’ll become a reliable advisor to small business owners.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations, and security needs, combining security, automation, and life-safety technology.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments were fulfilled and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
