Job summary

KRE Security LLC in Hamburg, PA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our in-office team. This full-time role requires on-site work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401(k).

You will create and manage employee schedules, communicate with staff, and coordinate coverage for open shifts using Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace.

• Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple locations.

• Resolve scheduling issues with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Work with Recruiting and Operations to support staffing needs.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
