Job summary

KRE Security LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Hamburg, PA office. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

You will create and adjust schedules, communicate with staff by phone and email, and ensure staffing needs are met in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and customer-focused, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

• Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts.
• Resolve scheduling issues with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Work with Recruiting and Operations to support staffing needs.
• Use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
