Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, coordinate resources, and ensure projects run safely, on time, and within budget. You will guide delivery teams, monitor progress, and maintain strong communication between field teams and leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, safety compliance, and effective collaboration with subcontractors to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets.
Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
Maintain 4+ industry certifications.

Responsibilities

Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
Prepare project schedule, including crew and subcontractors schedule, according to scope of work.
Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
Manage receipts and approval change orders.
Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
