Job summary

First Onsite seeks a Project Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, organize resources, and direct teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and within scope. You will coordinate delivery teams, monitor progress, and ensure projects align with budget and schedule while maintaining First Onsite safety standards.

This role requires leadership communication with field teams and project leadership, plus 24/7 on-call availability.

Qualifications

4+ industry certifications required.
Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractor schedule, according to scope of work.
Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
Manage receipts and approval change orders.
Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
