Job summary

FIRST ONSITE, LLC seeks a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, organize resources, and keep work moving safely and efficiently. You will direct delivery teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule.

You’ll be the critical link between field crews and project leadership, communicating progress, addressing issues, and coordinating solutions while upholding company policies and safety standards to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including crew and subcontractors, per scope.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities arise, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and site inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approve change orders.
• Perform daily site safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
