Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, manage resources, and drive projects toward safe, timely completion. You will coordinate delivery teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work meets scope, budget, and schedule while upholding First Onsite policies and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction in a dynamic on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience reading Xactimate scopes and managing budgets.
• Ability to lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
• Manage receipts and approval change orders
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
