Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to manage on-site activities, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule while prioritizing safety. You will coordinate delivery teams, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards on-site in Richmond, VA.

You will lead teams end-to-end, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with First Onsite policies and safety programs. A strong communicator with organizational skills will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
