Job summary

First Onsite, LLC is seeking a Project Supervisor to coordinate on-site activities, manage priorities, and keep work moving safely, within scope, budget, and schedule.

You will lead delivery teams, monitor quality, enforce safety programs, and serve as the bridge between field crews and project leadership, ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors within budget.
• Prepare project schedule with crew and subcontractor timelines.
• Fill in as needed with additional responsibilities, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, and events.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approve change orders.
• Perform daily site safety meetings and keep records.
• Vehicle and equipment maintenance; ensure readiness.
• On-call with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
