First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, coordinate resources, and direct teams to keep projects moving safely, within scope, and on schedule.

You will monitor quality and productivity, address challenges, and maintain strong communication between field teams and leadership to ensure client expectations are met. This role requires dedication to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
• Manage receipts and approval change orders; perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
