Job summary

FIRST ONSITE, LLC is seeking a Project Supervisor to coordinate on-site activities, manage resources, and lead field teams to complete projects safely and efficiently. You will review priorities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work aligns with scope, budget, and schedule.

You will engage with field teams and project leadership, communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with First Onsite policies and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules for crew and sub-contractors.
• Cover additional tasks including physical labor as needed.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities and events.
• Prepare reports and other project documentation.
• Manage receipts and approve change orders.
• Lead daily on-site safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, equipment and material records.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance and readiness.
• On-call with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
