Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Payroll Tax Manager to bridge divisions and internal tax teams, ensuring timely processing of payroll tax liabilities, returns, and notices. You will gather data, analyze regulatory requirements, and drive projects that optimize tax operations across divisions.

The role requires hands-on tax processing experience, strong Excel, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years multi-state payroll tax experience.
• Minimum of one year in a Senior/Lead or Supervisor role.
• Hands-on tax return processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, federal, state and local wage laws.
• MasterTax and Prism/HRP experience preferred.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects to improve tax department processes and efficiency.
• Track status updates and maintain project plans.
• Ensure deadlines are met and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve processes and overall approach where needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
