Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Tax Manager to lead the tax strategy and payroll tax reporting functions. You will provide leadership and training to Supervisors and their staff while ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local tax laws.

The role requires extensive knowledge of payroll tax processes, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage complex regulatory environments. Collaboration with senior management is essential to minimize liabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of multi-state payroll tax experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local wage laws and tax regulations.
• MasterTax and Prism/HRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's payroll tax strategy.
• Lead, train, and evaluate Payroll Tax staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and ensure regulatory compliance.
