Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll and tax-related processes. You will coordinate user setup, training, and retention initiatives, acting as a liaison between clients and internal operations in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires overseeing payroll processing, analyzing data for improvements, and guiding staff on tax and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM environment preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience expected.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user setup and provide training for client-facing payroll and service platforms.
• Facilitate proactive intervention for at-risk clients with internal teams.
• Manage client accounts and relationships with clients, partners, and peers.
• Liaise between clients and internal operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues or significant matters.
