The Sr Payroll Tax Specialist will coordinate with divisions and internal tax teams, ensuring timely tax payments, returns, and notices while managing complex regulatory data.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years multi-state payroll tax experience.
• Minimum of one year in a Senior/Lead or Supervisor role.
• PEO or related industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on tax return processing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, federal, state and local wage laws.

• Participate in and lead projects to improve payroll tax department efficiency.
• Track and provide overall status updates, maintaining project plans.
• Ensure payroll tax projects meet deadlines.
• Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
• Optimize and improve processes and approaches where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
