Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and outsourcing provider headquartered in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Sr Payroll Tax Specialist to support inter-divisional tax processes and ensure timely liability payments.

This on-site role involves coordinating projects, analyzing complex payroll tax data, and ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local regulations while collaborating with internal teams to optimize tax workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years multi-state payroll tax experience.
• Minimum of one year in senior, lead or supervisor role.
• Hands-on tax return processing experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, federal, state and local wage laws.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Participate in and lead projects to improve the efficiency of the tax department processes and procedures.
• Track and provide overall status updates, maintaining project plans and monitoring project health.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Other duties as assigned
