Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for Manufacturing in Dayton, OH.

This role focuses on high-volume hourly recruitment in a fast-paced environment and partners with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build strong hiring pipelines. The position requires 3–5 years of manufacturing recruiting experience, including hourly and salary roles, with a hands-on, on-site approach and a commitment to standardized interview and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• HRIS experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruiting.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are being utilized.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the current HRIS and work to improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
