Markent Personnel is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for our manufacturing division in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on high-volume hourly recruitment within a fast-paced environment and requires partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing, with exposure to engineering or skilled trades. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and HRIS proficiency is beneficial for streamlining processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• HRIS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are used.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the HRIS and work to improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
