SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing in Dayton, OH. You will lead high-volume hourly recruitment, partner with site leaders, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing and selection to support a fast-paced production environment.

This hands-on role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, offers competitive medical benefits, a 401K match, and annual bonus potential. Local candidates preferred; on-site schedule Monday–Friday with ~40 hours weekly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as engineering and skilled trades.
• HRIS experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and manage on-site hiring processes.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Partner with HR and management to meet critical hourly recruitment needs.
• Represent the company at college and community events.
