Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for Manufacturing in Dayton, OH. You will lead hourly recruitment, partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and drive onboarding while supporting internships and apprenticeships within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with HRIS tools, and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure compliant and efficient interviews. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3–5 years of TA experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly roles and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles such as engineering or skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools and HRIS systems.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are used.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
