Job Juncture in Dayton, OH is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing to lead hourly recruitment efforts on site, partnering with hiring managers to fill skilled trades roles quickly and efficiently.

The role emphasizes full-cycle sourcing, internship and apprenticeship programs, standardized interview and onboarding processes, and strong collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager in a fast-paced, on-site environment. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition or recruiting in manufacturing setting
• Experience recruiting for hourly, and ideally salary team members
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades)
• Experience improving recruitment strategies
• HRIS experience
• Microsoft Office skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes
• Update management on status of unfilled positions
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts
• Participate in college and community job fair programs
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs
• Utilize the current HRIS and work to improve functionality
• Other duties as directed by management
