Job summary

KingRecruitingServices, on-site, seeks an On-Site Recruiter – Manufacturing in Dayton, OH to lead high-volume hourly and salary recruiting on site. You will partner with the HR team and hiring managers to move quickly, source diverse candidates, and ensure compliant, streamlined interview and onboarding processes.

This role emphasizes manufacturing and skilled trades, requires 3–5 years of TA experience in manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and solid HRIS and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary team members
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades)
• Experience improving recruitment strategies
• HRIS experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are utilized
• Update management on status of unfilled positions
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts
• Participate in college and community job fair programs
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs
• Utilize the current HRIS and work to improve functionality
• Other duties as directed by management
