Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep of our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with make-ready, pool maintenance, and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of common areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior and grounds of the community.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain records regarding service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
