Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance across property communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to resident work orders, supporting maintenance scheduling, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Assist in scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Assist with the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of office, common areas, and model unit.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
