Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance efforts at our property. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic work, and includes the make-ready process under supervision.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, performing daily site tasks, ensuring safety, keeping accurate records, and assisting with inspections to maintain property quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic work.
• Support make-ready tasks to meet property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, records, and unit inspections as requested.
• Provide excellent customer service and present a professional image to residents.
