Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across communities. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic tasks under supervision, while assisting with make-ready processes and inventory. Emphasis on safety, quality, and timely responses to work orders.

Strong communication and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills are required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents and management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, including preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready process and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure quality customer service.
