Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across our communities. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing make-ready tasks, pool maintenance with chemical logs, ensuring safety compliance with OSHA, and helping maintain a clean, well-organized maintenance shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA guidelines and asset policies.
