Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will assist in maintenance, make-ready, and daily operations across our communities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required.

The role includes on-demand emergency maintenance, pool care, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing standards, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing real estate company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and respond to work orders promptly.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit inspections.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs.
• Support safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergency maintenance as needed.
