Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help carry out maintenance across our properties. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

You will assist in make-ready processes and uphold safety standards aligned with OSHA guidelines. Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are essential as you respond to resident needs, perform inspections, and maintain equipment and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Handle on-call emergencies and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
