Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across multifamily communities. The role encompasses corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws with OSHA requirements. A comprehensive total rewards package and paid time off are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair tasks in common areas and units.
• Maintain grounds, exterior, and common areas per standards.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and OSHA requirements during tasks.
• Assist in on-call emergency coverage at the property.
