Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across the community, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing pool maintenance, maintaining safety logs, assisting with inventory, and supporting on-call emergencies. High school diploma required; basic computer skills expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have basic computer skills and understand on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and units; respond to requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform exterior upkeep, pool cleaning and maintain accurate logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and adhere to safety standards.
• Report violations and participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
