Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across properties, including corrective, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. Responsibilities cover community areas, pools, and make-ready processes to meet operational goals.

The role requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site attendance, safety mindset, and customer service excellence are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and regular on-site presence.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist in unit inspections and with inventory of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for service requests and EPA/OSHA standards.
• Handle on-call emergencies and promote safe work practices.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations.
